The next generation of Volkswagen EVs is here and it starts with the futuristic ID.3, which should arrive in NZ early next year hopefully. It should qualify for the $8,625 rebate giving an estimated price of around $80,000 NZD or even less. No more range anxiety as this hatch packs a 77kWh battery pack giving it a 500km range all the while packing 200hp, plenty for a car this size.
