The MG S5 EV is a battery-electric compact crossover SUV produced by SAIC Motor under the British MG marque, introduced in China on October 15, 2024 and launched in Europe and Thailand in March 2025, powered by a rear-mounted 125 kW (168 hp; 170 PS) motor on SAIC’s Nebula architecture, offered in Pro, Plus, and Max trims with 49.1 kWh (425 km), 62.2 kWh (515 km), and 64 kWh (525 km) battery options, featuring a 453-litre boot expandable to 1,423 litres, a 10.25-inch LCD instrument cluster, a 15.6-inch floating screen, and a wireless charging pad, and available in markets including the UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, and more.
